Mission

Our mission is to provide expert, experience-based training and mentoring for scientific researchers at every stage of their career. We focus on providing researchers with the knowledge and skills to assist them in creating successful grant applications, presenting science effectively, and developing careers, with special expertise in navigating grants and programs from NIH, as well as other federal agencies and private foundations.   

We work with colleges, universities, research organizations and professional societies to develop customized workshops and seminars, plus small group and individual consultation. Our goal is to advance the skills and careers of students, trainees, and faculty and as a consequence strengthen the research capacities of the organizations where they study and work.
